Hi guys please don't ever try to do and online cellphone contract with Mobistore these people trick me in believe that my contract will be or was approve through vodacom by asking me to authorize a debt order approval on my bank account for them to debt my account for contract deal, which was not the case they send me an sms saying the my application was unsuccessful due to the fact that my credit vetting was unsuccessful eventhough I have a clear record and they blamed Transunion for that but just to find its was vodacom itself that decline me because I had no account that I was paying for them to see my credit history......but that not the kicker guys, these people still debt my account for the amount of contract deal I tried take out with them and now I have a problem getting my money back as my bank can't reverse the money back into my account and I gave to call this no *** to get my money back from them and I have to use my own airtime to call these people......shame on you Vodacom and Mobistore you guys are ***** and I want my money back you are disgusting in the way you treat customers and hope everyone see this
