He finds a potential 'client' and then repeats the pattern. Sells them equipment but requires an upfront 100% payment, which he does not use to order the said equipment. <br> <br> He preys on the vulnerable, for his own ends.<br> <br> That a person suffering severe disability has to contend with this kind of behaviour on top of incontinence, pain, grief, emotional distress and financial ruin is absolutely unacceptable.
