Netcash Unauthorized Debit Orders

A debit has ********ly been deducted from my account late at night.I did not authorize this in any way and would like this matter taken further. The amount that went of is R89.99 I know its little but this is not right. This is ******** and have reported this to the bank as *****. I want the money reversed and any future debit orders stopped with immediate effect.
