No car papers 3 months after purchase

I purchased a vehicle from GAC edenvale. I have been trying to obtain my car papers from this organisation for 3 months. There has been 6 requests for this at various levels of the organisation. We do not receive any feedback and are totally ignored in the process. I will be reporting this organisation to the ombudsman as a result.
