Complaint

Hi Peter, l ordered a phone with Mobile Store on with MTN. When I received a call from Mobile Store the agent they memtioned that they only had a Samsung Galaxy A 13 in stock and l gave them permission to check my credit score. She mentioned that I qualified for the phone and we did the process regarding my identification and my bank details.l received an sms and email confirming my order and gave me 5 working days for delivery waiting period. After 9 working days I contacted the agents today only to be told that the order had been cancelled due to no stock please help. They never contacted me to inform anything.
