Mobile repeater faulty, trying to get it replaced

I purchased a MRE061 cell signal booster from Mobile Repeater (Signal booster) last year. the unit has never worked and after many emails to DOM and Dave (uk branch) informing them about the problem , I have had no real response.<br> Dom keeps on insisting on photos of the installation, the unit needs to be plugged in and the antenna connected, not difficult. The unit does not receive the incoming signal. I have been trying to sort this out for months, eventually Dom sent out a local engineer( that cost me R400) only to confirm that the unit is faulty. I have gone through the process of registering a faulty unit and need a RMA no. which is meant to be supp**** within 24hrs., it has been 3days and no such no. I would like the unit replaced or a refund asap.<br> <br> I find this company absolutely useless once a unit has been sold to you, no after sales service
