Arrogant business owner and partner

This company was entrusted with the task of repairing a mag on my husband's which was in their possession for the full duration of the repair. However yesterday i was on my way to the mall and i noticed my husbands car being driven by someone else and he was driving very recklessly I was in the Company of a relative and together we both flagged down the driver an asked him how can he drive a customer car that manner he rep**** he doesn't care we had an argument an told him we would like to speak to his boss when we got there an spoke to the boss he was blindly taking his driver part saying his driver has been driving many more expensive cars an nothing happened to them ,that my wild driving and they wild driving was totally different (what does that mean what was he trying to say male an female wild is differen***** a customer car bottom line. Then another person comes screaming on my face even the driver was screaming is that the way to handle a situation no customer ethics then the second person says to me being the customer I'm irritating him if the head of that company has no manners how would the workers have those two people wasn't on the road to see what was happening but had a fat lot to say that to with no manners what so ever First of all I was insulted just by doing the rite thing taking a complaint to the head of the department

Sec they indirectly picked on gender

An thirdly couldnt handle the problem in a decent civilized manner and kept complaining on the fact that my brother was screaming at the driver but didn't pick on the fact that the driver was swearing us

The owner of this company must show some people s****s because they are a service providing company i do not care if that driver drove cars that where way more expensive the bottom line is i saw the way my car was being driven by that driver and it wasn't in a good way. So instead of behaving like 3 barbarians with me and my relative the right thing to have done was handle the matter in a civil manner.
