After agreeing to a call out fee of 495 and an hour later 3 big guys show up at my house to unlock the front door. Only 1 did any work. They ignored questions on what the cost of work would be before doing the work and then ended up charging me 1000 for labour, and 1400 for half of a lock which retails for 400. they then refused to remove the lock and bul**** me into paying an exorbitant fee for very little work. Very aggressive once it was time to pay and extremely unprofessional. Avoid this business at all costs
