The worst service in history

The service is really pathetic and unacceptable. Its been more then a month since I sent my phone off for repairs and the feedback was that my unit has been sent for credit. Its been more then a week since they told me that and I am still waiting. I have been without a phone for more then a month because of your lack of fast customer service.
