MIA - Missing In Action, not Mobile In Africa!

I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Smart Sensor Set. After downloading the app and running the scan it does not pick up the Hub, rendering the set useless. I reset the hub over 20 times and even tried the scan on a different network but the app could just not find the hub. After contacting MIA they kept telling me a senior technician will contact me. After 5 working days of not been contacted I emailed them to say I'd like to rather return the product as the service is **********. 2 working days later and still no reply to that even. I guess they do not need my business so I have logged a return with the eBucks Store from where I purchased the product. As long as MIA are the distributors for Xiaomi I will stay far away from any Xiaomi products.
