I have purchased a Xiaomi Mi box from their online store. The transaction happened so quick and my order was placed same time. It only took 3 days and I received my item. Upon receiving my order I rushed home to set it up. I found out that my remote control did not pair with my Mi Box. I tried getting hold of MIA and couldn't go through as they don't have a land line that could be called. I only send the email to a MIA....even to date they haven't fixed my remote. So the service I got from MIA is so terrible that I regret ever buying the unit from MIA I could have bought it at Takealot, at least they would get back to me when there's a problem. I want my money back and they can take their unit back.
