Charge for a repair on a Quality Issue

<p>Repair X03167</p> <p> </p> <p>You want to charge me R2800 for a repair on a 1 month on R8000 mobile phone. A premium 'Poor Quality' phone????</p> <p> </p> <p>I've emailed your repair center 4 times...all I get back, on the 4th email is 'We're looking into the matter, but its physical damage and not covered by warretny, hence the quotation'</p> <p> </p> <p>I know your stance, you dont need to tell me again....this is the reason I've emailed you in the 1st place!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I either want a replacement 'better quality' phone or a refund by Markrpo, preferable the latter as I doubt the quality has changed on the device.</p>
