Extremely Disappointed with Service at Mobile & Gearbox Mechanic

I recently visited (Vincent Smith). To fix my car. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, communication was lacking. I had to repeatedly ask for updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I finally received information, it was vague and unhelpful. The mechanic seemed indifferent to my concerns, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. I was given a quote for an X amount, after a week the X amount was not the X amount anymore. After waiting longer than promised, It was supposed to be a week job. I was informed after a week sorry another week. This not only caused me to waste extra money, had to cancel all my important appointments, but also left me feeling cheated. Additionally, I was charged significantly more than the initial quote. When I brought this up, my messages and calls was being ignored. which only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. Oh and if you can't pay the rest of the money to fix your car, your car must stay there until you paid everything and they will drive all around with your car. And the driving is not of the best, I know I saw it. So please people Save your time and money and consider other options.
