Terrible Service - Order cancelled

I would advise you to avoid. I placed and order with them. Was selected for a random security check. Had a few questions for them and then I confirmed details.<br> I was charged for the items. 3 days later still hadn't even been processed. They contacted me telling me to make a payment......even though my bank confirmed i had been charged and that they had received the money.<br> Eventually they cancelled the order saying they had cancelled the order for security questions.<br> Shoddy service, slow email replies.<br> <br>
