One Month, Still Nothing!

Placed an order with them for a phone cover on 11 May 2015.<br> They had a minimum delivery cost of R58, which I paid as the total cost was still reasonable.<br> Note: I'm getting free delivery with every order on [URL Removed] and other shopping sites.<br> <br> It is now 29 days later, and I am yet to receive the cover I ordered.<br> Their website states a 8-10 business day lead time, but we are now pushing the 20 business day lead time.<br> In my opinion, this kind of service is what will lead to their demise.<br> If competitors can deliver goods in under 5 working days, there really is no excuse!<br> <br> Last time I use [URL Removed] which is sad because they seem to have a lot of good stuff on their site!
