No delivery of item and poor

Ordered a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact cover which was supposedly dispatched on the 8th April from the UK.<br> <br> I did not receive the product and started sending emails to the customer service team. They informed me that they would send the same product but this time via DHL. Again I never got the item???? DHL didn't deliver???? Really??? I asked for a tracking number, no number was provided. They then offered to refund me. I still have not seen the refund in my account. Emails that I know send are ignored. Don't do business with this company they will only de***** you!!!! Stay FAR AWAY from Mobile Fun!!!!!!
