Delivery time on website is not accurate

I am in South Africa and order a mobile fun poach from Mobile Fun. On the website it states delivery time within 2 to 3 days. After I have ordered and got the tracking information, I realised that it is being imported and also that it will definitely not be here within 2 to 3 days ( which I would have known if it realised it is being imported earlier). I really needed this product today, and I would have had it today if the the 2 to 3 days were true, today is day 4.
