Top of google 'Mobilefridgerepairs.co.za' will take your money but not fix your fridge

A power surge broke our fridge, which led us to call Mike at mobilefridgerepairs.com. They came out in good time taking our R600 deposit, coming back 4 more times and still not fixing the fridge. They bypassed whatever board they were supposed to fix telling us this was an only temporary solution while they waited for the original part they the "ordered". We then paid the balance R400 as he said this part would arrive shortly. This led our fridge to either not get cold enough or to freeze solid everything inside. From the 23rd September 2019 till 15th November 2019 we have been waiting for this part to arrive I don't think it ever will. We have been in contact with Mike a few times and his story is he is still waiting.
