NEVER NEVER use Mobile fridge repair!!! WASTE of money and fridge is still not working properly!!!

The worst service ever!!!!! They clearly don't know how to fix the fridge! Our fridge didn't make cold, and after they came to fix fridge 2 times everything is FROZEN in the fridge and I need to defrost the fridge every few days. And we paid them R1200 !!! They just ignoring messages and calls, LYING all the time that they'll come and fix the fridge but it never happens. When you call their office, there is always just one lady who can't help with anything and has BAD attitude, and there is NO ONE in charge! And boss MIKE is the one who is in charge, but for the last almost 2 months he is 'outside of the country' and no one else except him can deal with complaints. When first time I requested money refund (as it clearly says on their website '100% satisfaction or money refund') they send the same guy who fixed the fridge first time, but our fridge was still frozen inside. And now they just ignoring my requests for money refund or send someone else to fix our fridge! Please NEVER use this company Mobilefridgerepairs.co.za if you don't want to waste your money, food in a fridge, time and nerves!!!
