Paid but not repaired

Collected LG washing machine to repair fault. Returned with the machine now giving a different fault. In the end I had to collect washing which is still faulty and it cost me approx R1200. Last fault was water running straight out the machine drum onto the floor. In the end after being told machine was repaired they failed to return it. They advertise in the Highway Mail.
