Terrible aftercare service from Gum Fridge Repair

Frank initially was great, came out and fixed the fan motor on my fridge in October ‘23. Now 3 months later the problem happened again - I called Frank he came and said he’d be back in a couple of hours to repair and that was 3 days ago. He now ignores my calls, ignore messages and hangs up - so he doesn’t honour warranties or his work. Shoddy aftercare service from Frank and Gum fridge repairs. I now have been left 3 days without a fridge and have to pay someone else full price to do’s what Frank charged for and did not repair.
