Online Trailer *****

Please be careful ordering trailers online!!!

I attempted to order a trailer from mobilefoodtrailer.co.za website and was taken down a deep rabbit hole of deception. This company is a **** so do not support.

I dealt with a person by the name of Lawrence at this company and a David Donovan from Proxima Logistics Services. I paid the trailer costs and the transport fees. I was then contacted later by Proxima Logistics to settle a larger amount for delivery as there had been a "mistake" with the amount. Against my better judgment paid the out standing amount. Appeared everything was now in order.

I was not... I was again contacted for more money from Proxima Logistics to complete the delivery. I immediately cancelled my order with Lawrence. I was told that the refunds will be processed after 21 days. I waited the period and reached out to both Lawrence and David - who are now both radio silent.

Additional Info: Invoice for the trailer was received from a company called KINOVETIC - registration numbers don't track.

The Address for KINOVETIC from the invoice states : 3 SWAKARA ST UPINGTON 8801 Northern Cape. Which also happens to be the listed address for this trailer sales site : https://gourmetmobilefoodtrailers.co.za/contact-us/
