Mobile food trailer ****MER

Was ****med for an amount of over R42000. When I asked Lawrence to deliver he asks for more money for some delivery insurance fee. I asked why this wasn't explained to me when I paid for the trailer. He advised all customers do the same. I asked for owners details. He said owner is out of Sa. I asked for delivery or full refund or I will go to the authorities. He told me to do so. Without acknowledging me as a customer who paid in full for her trailer and generator with tow bar extras. Didn't apologize. Didn't waiver the insurance as a normal company would. Just read my messages and ignored. I opened a case with the banks. I don't recommend this company. His invoices are incorrect. His address is some warehouse of another company name. Based in Upington. Refused to send me his location or tracking details for the trailer. Refused to give me his surname. I paid R37000 for the trailer. And I paid R6400 for the generator and tow bar. The company I paid to is Danmar Pty Ltd. And on another invoice it's Danmar E Pty Ltd like its a mistake. Also for Pty Ltd the registration numbers end with 07.. His was 23.
