Taking black trainers an client's for granted

They pay everybody on time as personal trainers but coz am black it's a different excuses after another clients are supposed to b refunded coz service not rendered they send clients pillar to post avoiding they calls n emails. It's over a month now they say every Friday. Whether u black or white must b treated equal
