in November 2017, i ordered a mobile fridge from Mobile chillers / Boss tents / SA Canvas. we agreed to a delivery date of December, 08, 2017. they requested that i pay upfront for the order and ensured me that they will adhere to the agreed delivery times. delivery date cam and passed. Called the order lady (Seema) and she gave me the run around. she however still maintained that they will deliver that day and that never happenned. following day, i called Seema to enquire, person answering the phone who i was and when i told them she went on to tell me that Seema had been fired. i however recognised the voice as we had had many encounters with this Seema. i was then told to call Caren who will now assist me with the order. Caren then suggested that we start the whole ordering process from scratch as Seema had incorrectly done it, hence her firing. She informed me that since we starting the process from scratch it will take time for them to process order and deliver. she however assured me that it would all be before the 22 December. the new date came and went by, i called Caren and she then also started giving me the run around and refered me to her "Boss" Shereen. Shereen assured me that my order was on its way. week flew by and no delivery of my fridge. called them and Caren informed me that they were short on stock but was doing everything to ensure that my fridge is received. she told me it would be delivered in 3 days and even gave me her mobile number to keep in touch. since that day all my calls went unanswered. i called using different number, she would pick up and drop my call immediately when she recognised it was me. Sehreen, the boss then assured me that my firdge would be delivered by the 2nd January 2018. till this day i have not received anything but rejection of calls from this company. i then wrote emails and texts informing them that since they cannot deliver, they should atleast refund me my money and i buy the fridge from elsewhere. that too seems to be a problem to them as they do not want to refund me my money too. this is a friendly warning to all future and prospective customers of this company to be careful and NEVER deal with these guys. they are a bunch of ****** who just want to gulp peoples money. they simply have no business ethics and absolutely no regard for customers. They operate under 3 names that i know of: Mobile chillers / boss tents/ Sa Canvas. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE ******!
