Poor after sales service

I had my X Trail repaired by Auto Magic Centurion, I am now trying to contact them regarding a issue with the front bumper, it seems that a fastner is either loose or missing. I have called them today 3 March 2026, also sent them a WhatsApp, but, unfortunately no response as yet 😕
