Poor workmanship from mobile auto electrician( vehicle not operational after electrician is paid)

My dad acquired the services of an auto electrician who is on call out from a company named Mobile auto electrician. The gentleman's name who had worked on the vehicle is Zwelinzima. My dad's vehicle would not switch on at all on 2 January 2021 as nothing electrical worked when trying to start the car at his place. Zwelinzima came out and worked on the vehicle and after about 2 hours the car worked and my dad and the electrician drove to the Atm to pay the guy . While driving my dad brought to the guys attention that the cars radio and electric windows were affecting one another as weirdly the radio would turn off when using the electric windows and vice versa of which the guy brushed off saying that the battery needs to charge and that everything will be ok after the battery charges up. My dad regrettably paid the guy R2000. This morning my dad wanted to use his car and but it will not start and now the car is in the same non working condition as what it was before calling Zwelinzima out from Mobile auto electrician. Please can you kindly assist as my dad took the last amount of money out of his account to have his car fixed and in all honesty nothing has actually been fixed on the vehicle . As my dad hasn't got any knowledge of cars he wouldn't know if the job was done accurately or not hence now putting him at a huge financial loss not having a working vehicle and also at a loss of R2000 and hence the reason I had to write this review on dad's behalf . My Dad tried to call out the guy to come and fix this issue but Zwelinzima said that he cannot do anything today as he is off and doesn't even promise coming out in the week.
