We had an issue with our car not starting, after 3hrs of working on our car and Paying R1500 the our car refused to start. within 30min after they left my hubby went to fetch his boss, the moment he switched the car off then tried to start the car it didn't want to go on. He sat for 2hrs trying to get it going, he contacted Mr Peter. Jones only to have no reply, my hubby finally had to jump start the car. Later in the evening again when wanting to go home again the car wouldn't start another 5hr wait in the rain. After finally getting hold of Mr Jones who promised to send a Tow Truck to come and fetch us.... nothing he even switched his phone off. Claiming his battery died. The following day we took our car to a, professional Mechanic and with in 30min replaced the battery and it worked find, he told us the original battery was Finished. Mr Jones refuses to refund us the R1500 as he did NOT fix the problem. Please people DONT USE him they **** people.
