Bad service , refusing to refund

on Monday the 14th of November I bought iPhone 13 from this company . before the payment I requested the colors on stock and I was told I needed to choose between Black/Silver/ Pink and I chose pink.

Later of the day after payment was made to them they advised me that they don't have pink, but they will request from their suppliers on the following day and also speak with their Manager on the following day

Today 15th November I've been sent from pillar to post and everyone does not want to take responsibility of their miscommunication. All I am requesting from them is the full refund since I was not assisted. I paid R16085
