Worse service EVER...

Please be careful when having your cel phone repaired at mobiFix Tygervalley. You will never receive your phone back fixed or even when you’re told the phone is irreparable. I have had the misfortune to deal with sales boy ASHTON JACOBS.

I gave my phone in for repairs on 14 September 2021... received the phone back a month later informing me the phone has been repaired and ready for collection. On receiving the phone it didn’t want to charge anymore.

I then took it back for a second time explaining to him the phone's not working. The manager then explained that Ashton had to refund me ... but didn’t. How’s that for bad service.

Today 26 October 2021 ... went to the store to fetch the phone. It looked like someone took a hammer and beat the living daylights out of the phone... then came the excuses ... the technician didn’t know ... I don’t know ... manager don’t know what happened. MobiFix don’t know ANYTHING. Worse service and mobiFix store ever.
