I bought a I Phone XR at Mobi Fix Tygervalley. From day one after I bought the phone I had problems with the volume control. It did not work. Every time I want to make or receive a call, I have to push up the volume control button so that I could hear the person on the other side. I called them to explain this to them within a week. I told them I was out of town and will get back to them on my return. Sadly I went there on 2 occasions and unfortunately the technicians could not fix the mobile. I then asked them for a refund or replacement. The manager was not accommodating and was extremely rude saying the guarantee has lapsed. In future I would rather buy from a reputable dealer and definitely not Mobi Fix. Mobi Fix made a quick sale obviously knowing the mobile phone was faulty. They have no after sales service. Rather go to the I Phone Store to buy a pre owned mobile. At least they know about client service.
