No communication!

Very upset with them. After repairing my phone screen , they said they will call or inform me when my phone are ready for collection- yet no call.

Had to pay for a battery replacement in advance. They said the will call me when my battery is ready to be replaced- it will only take two days to arrive. NO CALL. I had to call after 9 days, asking for my battery. They said it arrived a week ago? NO communication at ALL!

My phone’s battery life has not changed, leading me to think that they have not replaced it. Will not go back to them.
