MobiFix Tygervalley - Bad Service

My wife bought a Samsung cover for her new cellphone at MobiFix in Tygervalley Centre, It was R399. After 7 weeks the cover tore on the side, we don't know how this happened, she didn't drop her phone. I took it back and the shop assistant tried to almost blame it on us that we put the cover on wrong or damaged it. I was told R399 is not really expensive for a cover, after I made a fuss about the price. After a heated conversation with him I was told I would get a refund, he took our banking details. After a week nothing and I spoke to the store manager who said he must speak to the Samsung rep. Today I phoned and the store manager said the rep says the cover is damaged so we cant get a new cover or a refund. I will never go back to this shop again. MobiFix must take responsibility for the products they sell, I don’t want to know what the rep says.
