MobiFix Polokwane-Shut your doors!!

One star is one too many! Took my iPad in for repairs at MobiFix Polokwane. When I was finally called to collect, the home button didn’t even line up with the screen, the new screen was lifted and there was glue everywhere! When I asked the employee if she would accept this kind of repair she said, “never”, so I handed it back. After 8 months of calling with promises to call me back yet that never happened, I contacted the owner. He refused to take my call and after explaining to the receptionist what I was calling about, the message back from him was that it is “not my problem”. Finally I’m told I can collect the iPad. Upon inspection the screen STILL doesn’t fit and the home button now doesn’t work at all!! I’m disgusted that such a company can still operate with such revolting service, shocking craftsmanship, technicians who clearly were never trained and refuse to accept any responsibility for their shoddy work! Do the world a favour and SHUT YOUR DOORS!!!
