I took my iPhone 8 plus in for a factory restore and they proceeded to open my phone telling me my phone needs a new motherboard. My phone was working perfectly until MobiFix got ahold of it. Now they want me to pay for damages they have done. I have video proof of my iPhone working perfectly but now they tell me it's unfixable. All I wanted was a factory restore in which case, you usually use a computer with iTunes so why was my phone ripped apart? I have proof that they installed a used motherboard in my phone for profit of R3800. Now they sent my phone to joburg to fix it but keep badgering me for icloud log in details. My phone was working perfectly fine and logged out of icloud account and Apple ID. Suddenly there is a email on my phone and they can't access my phone. I have video and picture evidence of my iPhone icloud and apple ID logged out so they replace the motherboard and expect me to pay R3800. They are ******* ******* and *****s. I will not let this go.
