Mobifix and bad customer service

Had my screen repaired, screen wasn’t working properly it was malfunctioning so I took it back because it had a warranty and they did not want to fix it. Bear in mind the phone wasn’t dropped and screen had no scratches on it and they wanted me to pay another R3000 to have it fixed. Not to mention the bad customer service I received. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they looked for a reason not to fix it and said the phoned had been dropped.
