Dishonest Business Practice...Avoid

We spent R6,594.71 on refurbishing our Huawei P20 in Jan 2023. This phone was working in the UK with my UK sim. I bought a new phone and my husband wanted the refurbished Huawei to use 8n the UK where we have moved. We discovered once back in the UK that the phone no longer works with the UK sim once away from our home wifi connection. We sent the phone back to Mobifix Tygervalley with friends who were going back on holiday. Mobifix say that it is a MTN issue?! The phone worked in the UK with a UK sim before their "refurbishment ". I spoke to Ash and Roderick and explained everything. They sent the phone back as is ...unable to use in the UK and R6,500 down the toilet. Thanks Mobifix! 👍 Destroys faith in honorable business practice! 😡 If I could give 5 negative stars I would!
