Bad service and place to avoid.

I booked my Macbook in for assessment and battery replacement at mobiFIx Stellenboch. After a week I got my laptop back and I realize that when I pick my Macbook up, it sound like there is something loose on the inside. I was worried that it can cause damage. I went back to the shop and ask them if they can just open my Macbook again and check if something was loose because it did not sound like that when I gave my Macbook in. They told me they cant help me unless I book my Macbook in again and pay for the assessment again. I did not want to pay again for a mistake they made so I went to the closest shop, Computer Mania, who assisted me, opened my Macbook and we found two loose *****s laying around in my mainboard. It could have broken down my entire Mackbook. I went back to MobiFix to show them the picture and they kept denying that it was their mistake and that they will not send out a laptop with loose *****s. My question is, how would it just come loose by itself? MobiFix was working on my mainboard and left *****s loose and it could have broken my entire Macbook. Never ever go to MobiFix Stellenbosch. You might not get your laptop fixed but broken instead.
