Bad service

I handed in my Huawei P30 lite for a new battery and a rear cover . It cost R950. On receiving my phone I noticed my fingerprint no longer works. The guy at the store gave the ****piest excuses so I left my phone in the store . According to him he only worked on the battery and rear cover and I should have paid R300 for an assessment.I know when the fingerprint option in biometrics is not available there is a hardware problem. The blatent arrogance of thinking we are all fools.
