Bad experience at Stellenbosch - false cost advertising as well

Surprisingly bad experience with the Stellenbosch branch. Sourced the company on the internet via https://www.mobifixsa.com which also lists the prices for iPhone battery replacements. To assist my elderly mother with her iPhone battery life; I prepaid for an iPhone 11 battery replacement - the website states R899; I was charged R1299. Unfortunately my mothers phone is a 7 and not an 11 and on advising the store, they are not able to return the battery for a refund and we had to take the battery. On handing in my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a replacement (to use the battery) I was told it's a different battery and they had a battery in stock (they order everything in - it didn't make sense why they would then have batteries in stock?) I agreed to the replacement on my phone as they wouldn't refund the cost and was later phoned to be advised that the battery cost is now R1499 (an additional R200) for the 11 Pro Max... In addition I was advised that the store is not / no longer part of Mobifix SA ??? and the prices are not applicable that is displayed on the website. Such a bad and frustrating experience - the business will never get my recommendation / referral.
