Zero stars

Mobicel X10. Not the worst phone for a budget device, but ZERO stars for the mobicel system app that cannot be uninstalled, nor disabled. To add insult to injury, it then updates every few hours. Downloading endless content and other apps I have no interest in. There's nothing one can do. So I'm getting rid of the piece of ****.
