Useless product

Your mobicel products are useless to say the least we bought a phone early February this year and hardly a month thereafter it was already giving us problems and as a result we couldn't bring it back for repairs due to the lockdown I don't understand how is it that you guys are selling this ****ing mobicel product it's just not worth it and unfortunately one won't know till they purchase you guys are a bunch of jokes and it's not even funny I want my phone repaired or my money replaced its that simple
