Unsure

<p>I purchased a mobicell 7" tablet which I am very happy with. My husband wanted a good tablet so on the advice of a sales gentlemen purchased a Neo 7" tablet. Now comes the problem within 10 mins the phone data had taken my 200mb and my balance available in airtime. 2 days later of purchasing the phone... I took the phone back to the store asked if I could swap the phone to the one I have.... they say SORRY there is nothing they can do phone is functioning ok......but I must switch my data off when not is use and on.....I dont know much abou cell phones so this is very confusing and im not prepared to go to the store again</p>
