Unsatisfied with service & sticking T & C's

<p><br />Morning I bought a Mobicell phone at The Fix store in greenacres in Port Elizabeth but the battery is not lasting at all find myself charging it twice a day so i took it back yesterday as it is still within that 7 returns policy but the manager at that store gave me such a hard time eventually taking it in & saying she will take it for a check up & it will be decided if it will eb replaced. This angers me as the phone is only 5 days old & i do not want it if at 5 days the battery does not last cos than it means it will give me problems. A phone is suppose to have at least a 2 year life span. if i do not get a new phone or refund as it is still within that 7 days i will need to consult legal wise & take this further with my consumer rights i refuse to take that same phone back.</p> <p>Thank you </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
