I purchased a phone yesterday and wanted to return it as it is very slow and not user friendly keeps give me 403 error now Pep doesn't want to take their faulty device back and give me my money.i should be able to return the device within 7 working days now I'm stuck with a ****py phone while the enjoy my money this is not acceptable way to treat paying customers I want my money refunded
