Taken money for paid up account

So yes I had a complaint with Hellopeter for this account that was paid on the 3rd May in full. They charged me interest but the worst is they took R165 which was my full instalment off today. I want my money back and an apology the account is not only paid in full but now I am in credit. How do we fight against incompetence like this.
