quoting amounts before assesing a tab

I am ducking ****ed off with this weak fly by night company designing bull **** products. Today I too my neo tab to total sports where I bought it to report the fault this low budget tab has, it does not work at all the screen is black n it freezes, the store lady calls u guys to report the matter and all your funded up consultant says is R800 to repair I find that ducking retarded as the product was not even assessed u not even in possession of the thing but u quote prices without looking at the fault. I will never buy your products again and I am not paying for anything how can u just start saying it's an LCD fault do u think I'm a funding idiot. Fix this call me n email me with a solution and not an excuse I bought this **** on may 1st 2014 n it's already ****ed up I want a new one cos I'm still under warranty.im also writing to the ombudsman for telecommunications to make him aware of my complaint n ur service.fix this now I don't have time for this ****.HIGHLY EXASPERATED!!!!
