Quility control doubtful

<p>On Sunday 19 mar I bought a new mobicell trendy mobile phone for my son at Edgar's menlin mall . right away when attendant tried to activate the phone there was a problim with the batary . so this was replaced with the batary from a nother hand set. Apon arriving home we discovered that the speakers on the phone was not working . we informed Edgar's of this and was told that the phone would have to be sent in for repairs which would take at least two weeks . so we end up paying new price for a secondhand repaired phone that had at least two factory faults that we know of when sold . makes one wonder about quality control at this manufacturer </p>
