Poor service

Bought two laptops online on the 23rd and no update nothing from Mobicel. I have called the 011 call centre contact number on the mobicel page to no avail. Even using the order tracking has been useless as my transaction reflects as being processed since the day I placed the order. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will certainly never order anything from Mobicel ever again and will advice any of the people on my circle not to either. Poor communication, poor customer response and poor turn around times. I placed two orders from take a lot after this order and have received both orders and still nothing from Mobicel.
