Poor Quality Tablets

I renewed my contract with cell c as it was the only one with a good signal at my place now I have a problem with the device. Of all the things that could go wrong between two parties in a contract is a loyalty of ensuring that the product satisfies the needs of a client. <br> <br> I want the device replaced and I also want to inform you that I need the total data used from the day I started using this device. Replace the device with a quality one. It doesn't have to be the same but it has to carry me right through until the end of the contract. <br> <br> The charger is dead, can anyone believe that? I have to charge the thing with my laptop. It takes a fortnight to fill up. My electricity bill has doubled since.<br> <br> The device Mentioned above is the ECHO Tablet. It is your responsibility to provide customers with quality products, otherwise you will bring everybody's name into disrepute. Just pray that cell c settles the matter without digging into my nerves
